Any homeowner that wants a financial statement at any time can request one from the office at no charge, Contact Office.

The official records of the Association shall be maintained in accordance with Chapter 720 and shall be available for review as follows:

All official records, as defined by Section 720.303(4), Florida Statues, will be maintained at the following address: 15100 Greater Groves Blvd. Clermont, FL 34714
Any resident or authorized agent desiring to review any portion of the records may do so upon written request, via certified mail only, provided to the following person and address: Greater Groves HOA PO Box 135083 Clermont, FL 34713
Records will be available for viewing by appointment during the office hours of 10:00am-1:00pm on Tuesdays and 3:30-6:30pm on Thursdays, excluding holidays.
No records may be removed from the viewing location. Administrative personnel will be present at all times during the inspection.
A copy of the requested document(s) will be available for inspection and may be digitally scanned during the inspection. If the owner requests copies of any documents, the first 25 pages will be provided at no charge. Thereafter, copies of records are available at a cost of 25 cents per copied page.
If copies are requested and it takes administrative personnel more than 30 minutes to fulfill the request, the requesting owner will be charged $20.00 per hour administrative fee for the time it takes to fulfill the request.
All charges will be due and payable at the time of the appointment.
Requests to view records are limited to a maximum of 8 hours per calendar month.
