The Recreation Areas are for the use of residents and guests of Greater Groves Residents only.
Minors Policy- Minor children are not allowed to invite guests to common areas unless they are accompanied by an adult. Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in all Recreation Areas.
Guest Policy – Guests may use the Recreation Areas without a resident present provided that the guest has the permission of the resident, a resident key fob, and there is at least one-person age 18 or over present. Guests at the Recreational Area must follow all rules and regulations and can be asked to leave the premises for any improper behavior. Residents who loan their key fobs to guests accept full responsibility for any damages or rule violations and risk having their privileges suspended.
If you allow someone in who doesn’t have a key fob, they become your guest and you are responsible for any damages or rule violations and risk having your privileges suspended.
Improper behavior (e.g., abusive language, disregarding rules, disrespect to property, or other residents) on the part of residents or guests at the Recreation Areas shall result in that person(s) having privileges revoked and being barred from the use of the recreational facilities for a period of time to be determined by the Board of Directors.
Key fobs remain property of the Greater Groves Homeowners Association and must be surrendered to the HOA office when a property is vacated. A $25 replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged key fobs.
The Recreational Areas are open from dawn to dusk. Key fobs are programmed to follow this schedule.
Any violations of the rules by the homeowner, their tenants, or their guests will result in a 30-day suspension. A $100 fine per violation and/or the cost of the damages may also be imposed. Repeat offenders may be permanently barred from the use of the Recreational Areas.
